We Host Youth Contract Courses
Working with New York City area private schools and Universities, Hudson River Community Sailing collaboratively designs custom programs to meet the needs of participating schools. The majority of our schools utilize our facility and staff during school hours over the duration of a spring or fall season.

Statue Of Liberty Sailing Trip
Bring your class on trip to and around the Statue of Liberty, the Hudson River and New York Harbor on a J-24 sailboat. This is a great opportunity to go over the history of the Statue of Liberty while sailing around it, a truly unique New York experience.

6 Week Skill Development Course
A great idea for schools looking to create an after school sailing club. Learn how to sail as a team with HRCS, develop your sailing skills, learn navigation and race competitively. This course is great for all ages, from Middle School to the University level, we can adapt the course to best fit your groups needs.

Duration: 3 hours / session, 6 sessions.
Field Trip 2 Hour Outing
Take your class on a field trip they will never forget! Bring your class on down to HRCS and we will introduce your students to sailing. They will have the opportunity to pull in sails, steer the boat and navigate the Hudson.
