Free Sailing on City of Water Day!
Have you always wanted to give sailing a try? This is the perfect opportunity. Hudson River Community Sailing is offering free one-hour sails on City of Water Day! Under the guidance of an HRCS Skipper, you can learn how to steer and control the sails while enjoying spectacular views of the city.
City of Water Day Sail Schedule
All sails depart from the Pier 66 Boathouse
Sail 1: 9:00am
Sail 2: 10:30am
Sail 3: 1:00pm
Sail 4: 2:30pm
All available spaces will be walk-up registration only. Registration for all sails will begin at 8:40am.
Due to the closure of Dyckman Marina, space is limited and available on first-come, first-served basis.
No swimming or sailing experience required. Open to participants 5 years old and up (under 18 with a parent or guardian). All participants must wear an HRCS-provided PFD.
